Cancellation Policy

SYNC Studios Booking Policy Booking * Classes can be booked in advance through our website or app. * Payment or a valid class credit is required to secure your booking. * Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Cancellations * You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before your class. * If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, your class credit or session will be forfeited. * Membership classes cancelled within 12 hours cannot be returned to your account. Late Arrivals * Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts. * To protect the experience of everyone in the studio, late entry may not be permitted once the class has begun. * If you miss your class due to arriving late, your booking will be treated as a late cancellation. Waitlist * If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. * If a space becomes available, you'll automatically be added to the class and notified by email. * Once you've been moved into the class, the normal cancellation policy applies. No Shows * If you do not attend your booked class and have not cancelled within the cancellation window, your class credit or session will be lost. Studio Etiquette * Grip socks are required for all classes. * Please let your instructor know before class if anything has changed regarding your health or if you're carrying an injury. * Mobile phones should be kept on silent throughout class. Changes & Cancellations by SYNC Studios * On rare occasions, we may need to change an instructor, timetable or cancel a class. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible and any affected class credits will be returned to your account.
